What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how qzenchat, a product operated by Quanteron (“qzenchat,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar browser technologies on our websites, applications, and related services. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
The public marketing site currently does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The authenticated qzenchat application uses essential technologies needed to sign users in, protect accounts, retain security state, and deliver requested features.

Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small text file placed on a browser by a website. Session cookies expire when the browser session ends; persistent cookies remain until their stated expiry or deletion. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, software development kits, pixels, and identifiers stored or read by an application. This policy uses “cookies” as a shorthand for all of these technologies.

Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: authenticate users, maintain a secure session, route requests, prevent cross-site request forgery, balance traffic, remember consent choices, and detect abuse. The Services cannot operate correctly without these technologies.
- Preference: remember choices such as language, workspace, interface state, or accessibility settings when a user asks us to retain them.
- Analytics: help understand visits, feature use, and errors. We do not currently set analytics cookies on the public marketing site. If introduced, they will be described here and consent will be requested where required.
- Advertising: measure or personalize advertising across services. We do not currently set advertising cookies or use cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookie names and lifetimes may vary by deployment, domain, identity configuration, and security settings. The authenticated application may use the following essential records:

We periodically review this list and will update it if we deploy a new category of browser storage. Security-related names may change to reduce abuse and are visible through your browser’s developer tools.

Third-party sites and integrations
Our pages may link to or open services operated by messaging networks, payment processors, identity providers, scheduling services, or other partners. A provider may set its own cookies after you leave qzenchat or interact with a provider-hosted page. Those technologies are controlled by that provider and governed by its policy. Workspace integrations may also exchange identifiers through server-to-server requests without placing a cookie in your browser.

Your choices
Most browsers let you inspect, block, or delete cookies through their privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, security controls, or other parts of the Services from working. Browser controls affect only that browser and device, so you may need to repeat a choice elsewhere.
If we introduce nonessential cookies, we will provide a consent or preference control where applicable. You will be able to reject or withdraw consent as easily as you provide it. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals because no common technical standard has been adopted; we will honor legally recognized opt-out signals where they apply to our processing.
